Handling Charge
All orders will be charged a flat rate packing charge of £1.50.
Postage
We ship our stamps to all parts of the world, this is split in to three zones:
- Zone 1 is the European Union.
- Zone 2 is the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
- Zone 3 is the Rest of the World. NB: please contact us so that we can
advise you of the shipping options and costs involved.
For each zone we currently offer two shipping options:
- Option 1: Recorded Delivery - Standard
- Zone 1: £4.00
- Zone 2: £5.50
- Option 2: Insured Value
For an added level of security we offer an Insured Value option, up to £5000. This can be found on the Payment
Page and is calculated as follows:
- Postage: As per Zone Charge above
- Fixed Charge: £3.00
- Minimum Insured Value:
£1.50
- Pro-Rata Charge £ 0.25p per £55.00.
Returns Policy Information
We offer a Returns Policy but believe that the quality of the images we use, toghether with the description, of our products that returns will be few and far between.
We do however offer a Returns Policy under the following conditions
- All problems must be notified, by Email, within seven days from receipt of the goods stating any/all probelms.
- All returns must include the original packing.
- All returns must be via Recorded Delivery or Insured Value at your cost.
- All products returned will be inspected and compared against our records.
The value of any product that is found to be different to our records will be refunded.
Note: Any product(s) found to have been damaged in shipping will not be refunded until any insurance claim has been resolved. |
